Cancellation Policy
KOR & ASTRA Booking and Cancellation Policy By booking a KOR or ASTRA class, you agree to the following terms: Class Bookings All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Spaces are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed without a confirmed booking. Please ensure that you book the correct class, date and location before completing your booking. Cancellations Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the class start time. Where the required notice is provided, the class credit will be returned to your account for use on another eligible class, subject to the terms and expiry date of your membership or class package. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as a late cancellation. The class will be deducted from your membership or class package and will not be refunded or credited. Failure to attend a booked class without cancelling will also result in the class being deducted. Booking Transfers You may transfer your booking to another eligible KOR or ASTRA class up to 12 hours before the original class start time, subject to availability. Transfers requested with less than 12 hours’ notice cannot be accommodated, and the original booking will remain subject to the cancellation policy above. Bookings cannot be transferred to another person. Memberships and Class Packages It is the member’s responsibility to use their allocated classes within the relevant membership or package period. Unused classes do not roll over and cannot be refunded, extended or exchanged, except where AKA cancels a class. Cancelling or transferring a booking does not extend the expiry date of a membership, class credit or package. Waiting Lists Where a class is fully booked, you may join the waiting list. If a space becomes available, you may be automatically added to the class and notified by email or through the booking system. Please only join a waiting list if you are available to attend. Once added to the class, the usual cancellation and transfer terms will apply. Classes Cancelled by AKA In the unlikely event that AKA cancels a class, the class credit will be returned to your account or an alternative arrangement will be offered. AKA is not responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of a class cancellation. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. Any exception to this policy will be considered at AKA’s discretion and cannot be guaranteed.
