Movement for every version of you.

Welcome to A.K.A...... a vibrant movement and wellbeing community based in Worthing and Brighton. Bringing together AURA, KOR and ASTRA, we create spaces for people of all ages and abilities to move, connect and feel empowered.

AURA is our youth dance programme, building confident dancers and developing young people through dance, creativity and community.

KOR is our adult dance community, welcoming everyone from complete beginners to experienced performers to move, learn, connect and grow.

ASTRA brings together fitness, wellness and Pilates, helping you build strength, feel good and reconnect with your mind and body.

Three experiences. One community.
